end of June 2003, FBLA Chapter Business established strategic
priorities listed as the basis for our success. As we executed
these priorities, we were guided by the following operating
principles:
1. Our students and community are at the center of everything
we do.
2. Hands-on
activities and training are the basis of our competitive
advantage.
3. We
will sustain our success by creating new ways to provide
better community service.
4. Our
fundraising activities will be guided by entrepreneurial
approaches such as risk taking.

In
2004, we continued to transform our business on the basis
of our strategic priorities and our operating principles.
True success requires unwavering attention to the needs
of our community. It takes a breakthrough in marketing and
aggressive innovation of our events and sales. It takes
a commitment to total quality in everything we do. It takes
a focused strategy to be on the Road to Success.
